Form 64-8
A 64-8
form is need by HMRC to show that we (The Agent) have
your approval to act on your behalf and deal directly with
HRMC.
Since the merger of the Inland Revenue & HM Customs &
Excise this form has been streamlined to incorporate all or
just pacific areas:
Individual/Partnership and trust tax affairs (including Self
Assessment individuals, non Self Assessment individuals and
National Insurance)
Corporation Tax
PAYE for employers
VAT
These forms must be completed prior to forming a
new company
Form 10
Form
10 needs to be completed with the details of all the officers
of the Company.
It also requires the address of the registered office of
the company. The registered office can be in England and Wales,
or in Scotland.
Form 12
Form
12 is the second of two forms initially required when
a Company is being formed.
This form must be witnessed by a Notary Public, a Solicitor,
a JP or a Commissioner for Oaths as this is a legal declaration
of compliance with the company registration rules.
