  • Send payroll info on time (hours, overtime, bonuses/commission, starters/leavers, changes)
  • Tell us changes before payday so we can file RTI on or before pay date
  • Approve the draft payroll report before we submit and issue payslips

If information is late or missing, RTI submissions can be late too - and HMRC may charge penalties. We’ll help you stay ahead of deadlines and remind you what we need.
