Form 64-8

A 64-8 form is needed by HMRC to show that we (The Agent) have your approval to act on your behalf and deal directly with HRMC.

Since the merger of the Inland Revenue & HM Customs & Excise this form has been streamlined to incorporate all or just specific areas:

Individual/Partnership and trust tax affairs.
Corporation Tax
PAYE for employers
VAT

These forms must be completed prior to forming a new company

Form IN01

Form IN01 needs to be completed with the details of all the officers of the Company.

It also requires the address of the registered office of the company. The registered office can be in England and Wales, or in Scotland.
